<p>When we finally decide and start going to the gym we are all full of hope inspiration and energy. This enthusiasm is key factor for the fast advancement towards our goals and it&#8217;s crucial to know the ways how we can maintain and increase it. Enthusiasm is that drive which gives us power and force to go over all the obstacles and go on. If you desire to witness fast muscle gains and fat loss there is nothing more dangerous than loosing that energetic drive of enthusiasm. </p>
<p>However hundreds and thousands of people simply stop they just give up on their plans to get in shape and build nicer and healthier bodies. Why? </p>
<p>I&#8217;ll explain here reason I consider most common and I&#8217;ll understand if you are shocked or even angry at first but if you continue reading you will be more than benefited and happy. So here it is: many people stop gong to gym because they read and believe in Bodybuilding Magazines! </p>
<p>Inaccuracies and Fallacies. </p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been reading bodybuilding magazines for about 16 years. Anyone else that has read them for that long will probably agree that although the pictures and the paper upon which these magazines are printed have become better quality the content has essentially stayed the same. Why?</p>
<p>Muscle magazines are not designed to educate. Their one sole purpose is to provide a medium in which marketers can sell supplements. Muscle magazines have always been nothing more than a monthly supplement brochure that you pay top dollar for. However todays magazines run advertisements that sell anything from penis and breast enlargers to anabolic steroids! Almost every one of the major bodybuilding publications are owned by supplement companies. The magazine that is not blatantly prostitutes its editorial space to any company that buys the most advertising space!</p>
<p>Therefore the editorial content of these magazines becomes rather unreliable and distorted. Bodybuilding magazines do not &#8220;fact check&#8221; their content before or after publishing. Many of the articles are written by freelance journalists or staff writers on behalf of illiterate bodybuilders that have a very limited ability to make accurate interpretations of the scientific literature. </p>
<p>For these reasons inaccuracies and fallacies about bodybuilding training techniques and supplements are perpetuated repeatedly until they become gymgospel. Need some examples? How about &#8220;high rep training is the way to provide cuts and definition to your physique&#8221; or &#8220;side crunches will tighten the waist and obloquies&#8221; or the classic &#8220;low intensity cardio is the best way to burn body fat&#8221;. Where do you think all these bogus ideas came from?</p>
<p>This is actually simple point to understand. People are misguided and therefore they don&#8217;t get desired results. In same time they do see all the pictures and all promises they read about ate becoming more and more distant with the time. In first few months our muscles are very responsive to the resistance training therefore people do get results with following even most crazy routines and exercise programs. Problem starts showing up usually after 35 months when plateau borders are hit.</p>
<p>Solution.</p>
<p>Whatever I say you will anyway decide what you think is the best for you. That is exactly what I want you to do and I hope this information is more than enough to make you think. &#8220;Follow the money trace&#8221; is good advice to follow think over it. Magazines supplements industry is huge machinery which needs to have all possible ways for recruiting &#8220;fresh blood&#8221; in order to keep running. </p>
<p>I assure you that without complete and proved muscle building routine you can not achieve any significant changes of your body shape and form especially after you reach your muscle plateau levels. There are examples of people who although having magazines as their main guideline go on continue with some weight lifting routine and they seems to achieve results. I had chances to see quite few of those in last 16 years and ALL of them prove to be juice users sooner or later. I would be very surprised to meet such magazine freak and learn that he/she is not using steroids.</p>

<p>The hottest topic in bicycle retail is bike fit. Every shop recognizes the need to properly size a bicycle to the customer or get the customer to adapt to the bike. It seems that almost every shop now has an expert &#8220;fitter&#8221; and they advertise perfection to all their clients.</p>
<p>Bicycle fitting is one of the most misunderstood concepts in the industry. Since most of it relies on the experience and style of the fitter or a set of equations defined by a fitting system the results can vary drastically from shop to shop and from bike brand to bike brand.</p>
<p>Another reason that bike fits are so varied across the country is bicycle fitting is not easy! It takes a very good knowledge of anatomy kinesiology physics geometry and the ability to relate in 3D a person trying their best to adapt to a bike that they want to a manufactured product with many dimensional limitations.</p>
<p>The &#8220;Holy Grail&#8221; of bicycle retail is to get a fitting system that will work for all customers with equal accuracy as well as be usable by all employees. The major systems out in the universe as far as volume include the Serotta Fit system Specialized fit system WobbleNaught Fit Kit KGS Bikes and others. Various devices are used to capture the data or the motion or to measure people so calculations can be made and the &#8220;perfect&#8221; bike is chosen. Dartfish RETUL a plumb line and measuring tape cross hair lasers video setup bikes etc. are all tools to help the fitter do the best job possible.</p>
<p>Besides the difficulty of a even an experienced and proficient fitter to do a great job on a bike fit there are different schools of thought regarding the fitting of a bicycle. WobbleNaught for instance applies an equation on a specific bicycle and your physical measurements to allow one to adapt as well as possible to any bike. If the bike is the wrong size no matter. The system will produce a set of dimensions that should be attainable on almost any bike to some degree. The equation is based on a young professional bike racer profile.</p>
<p>Serottas fit system uses Knee Over Pedal Spindle to establish foreaft positioning. KGS Bikes uses a balance point to achieve the optimum position but due to differences in philosophy and end result those positions will be totally different for the most part. RETUL is a motion capture device not a fit system that allows one to accurately determine angles such as knee angle hip angle etc. The capture device is incredibly accurate but is dependent on the external bony landmarks that sometimes do and sometimes do not correspond with the actual joint fulcrum point. This can cause variability.</p>
<p>Other reasons for variability are the bike shop&#8217;s inventory combined with a customer&#8217;s desire to get a bike when an emotional connection is made in the bike shop. People want &#8220;their&#8221; bike to fit because they want that bike. Sometimes they dont really care how well it fits as long as the coolness factor is good enough. Also the bike shop wants to help the customer adapt to a bike so they can make a sale and provide instant gratification for the customer. </p>
<p>There are also untold numbers of bikes that are entry level and less sophisticated fitting techniques are used like standing over the bike to see if the top tube clears your crotch. My personal favorite system is what I tell people with a wry grin &#8220;The perfect bike fit for most bike shops in the world is the one where the credit card clears!&#8221;</p>
<p>Because of the variability of expertise and philosophies in bike fitting I offer one thought. If you &#8220;take ownership&#8221; of your bike position and make the bike fit you rather than the other way around you then get to really enjoy the sport of bicycling. Dont be afraid to listen to your body either. You shouldn&#8217;t have saddle problems sore back neck shoulders or numb hands. You should be able to take your hands off the handlebars on a road bike and not feel like you are diving forward. </p>
<p>This is easier said than done. I believe that most people who say they are ok with their bike position have never experienced a truly comfortable bike position. The analogy would be similar to a first grader who couldn&#8217;t see the board because she needed glasses but didn&#8217;t know the rest of her classmates could see so didnt think there was a problem!</p>
<p>Remember this when you think about the relationship between you your bike and your bike shop. Once you spend your money you have to ride the bike. You can educate yourself for free and be an informed consumer and you may be amazed at how much better your cycling experience can be.</p>

<p>Last August 16 in Beijing we saw a massive upset in the semifinal heat of the 100meter sprint when one of the prerace favorites Tyson Gay failed to qualify by 0.02 seconds. It was supposed to be the scene for the biggest race of the Beijing 2008 Olympics the sprint to see who will be crowned the world&#8217;s fastest man.</p>
<p>Usain Bolt went into that night&#8217;s final as the competitor to beat after clocking the fastest time in the semifinal 9.85 seconds. The time put him ahead of fellow Jamaican Asafa Powell who ran in 9.91 seconds and Richard Thompson of Trinidad and Tobago in 9.93 seconds.</p>
<p>Reigning world champion in the 100m and 200m Gay with a recent hamstring injury failed to qualify after running a time of 10.05 seconds. Gay was the United States best chance for gold. Gay before the Olympics was the fastest man under any conditions at 9.68</p>
<p>After the August 15 heats Marc Burns of Trinidad and Tobago predicted a sub9.90 semifinal at least from himself. &#8220;I&#8217;m just trying to make it through my rounds but expect 9.80 something&#8221; he said. He ran in 9.97 seconds.</p>
<p>Before competition began three fastest man hopefuls all have different fastest man titles to themselves already were tagged as favorites going into this event.</p>
<p>Despite his world titles Gay&#8217;s dominance was in doubt after sustaining a hamstring injury in the 200m at the US National Trials in Oregon along with the emergence of the new &#8216;world&#8217;s fastest man&#8217; Usain Bolt. Bolt came from relative obscurity to worldwide attention in the 100m at a Grand Prix event on Long Island New York in late May after dominating the field and breaking the world record in a time of 9.72 seconds a stunning result for anyone let alone a runner who had been seen as a 200m specialist.</p>
<p>He was then recognized as Gay&#8217;s main rival along with fellow Jamaican Asafa Powell the former record holder in 100m. </p>
<p>Powell was formerly Gay&#8217;s only obstacle in the way of the Olympic title and had held the record at 9.74 seconds before Bolt&#8217;s run in New York.</p>
<p>The 100m is never a two horse race however. Jamaican Michael Frater ran faster than Powell in Round One.</p>
<p>&#8220;When you are out there there are no favorites&#8221; finalist Walter Dix said after round one.</p>
<p>The final was held last August 16 at the National Stadium in Beijing with Usain Bolt as the winner breaking his own official time record. The following are the entrants to that race fainals.</p>

<p>bones are burned like a hearth.<br />Psalm 102:3<br />For my days are consumed like smoke And my bones are burned like a hearth.</p>
<p>The body contains water but the bones contain oil<br />Psalm 109:18<br />As he clothed himself with cursing as with his garment So let it enter his body like water And like oil into his bones.</p>
<p>Pleasant words lead to unhealthy bone<br />Proverbs 16:24<br />Pleasant words are like a honeycomb Sweetness to the soul and health to the bones.</p>
<p>Bones shall flourish like grass<br />Isaiah 66:14<br />The Reign and Indignation of God When you see this your heart shall rejoice And your bones shall flourish like grass; The hand of the LORD shall be known to His servants And His indignation to His enemies.</p>
<p>The two important subjects that is present in the Bible and the Quran.</p>
<p>1a The revival of the dead in this life in the Bible</p>
<p>Ezekiel 37:1 You better read all the chapter 37</p>
<p>The Dry Bones Live The hand of the LORD came upon me and brought me out in the Spirit of the LORD and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones.<br />Ezekiel 37:3<br />And He said to me Son of man can these bones live?&#8221; So I answered O Lord GOD You know.<br />Ezekiel 37:4<br />Again He said to me Prophesy to these bones and say to them O dry bones hear the word of the LORD!<br />Ezekiel 37:5<br />Thus says the Lord GOD to these bones: Surely I will cause breath to enter into you and you shall live.<br />Ezekiel 37:7<br />So I prophesied as I was commanded; and as I prophesied there was a noise and suddenly a rattling; and the bones came together bone to bone.<br />Ezekiel 37:11<br />Then He said to me Son of man these bones are the whole house of Israel. They indeed say Our bones are dry our hope is lost and we ourselves are cut off!</p>
<p>1b The revival of the dead in this life in the Quran:<br />Surah 2: 259 Or take the similitude of one who passed by a hamlet all in ruins to its roofs. He said: &#8220;Oh! how shall Allah bring it ever to life after this its death?&#8221; But Allah caused him to die for a hundred years then raised him up again. He said: &#8220;How long didst thou tarry thus?&#8221; He said: &#8220;Perhaps a day or part of a day.&#8221; He said: &#8220;Nay thou hast tarried thus a hundred years; but look at thy food and thy drink; they show no signs of age: and look at thy donkey; and that We may make of thee a Sign unto the people look further at the bones how We bring them together and clothe them with flesh!&#8221; When this was shown clearly to him he said: &#8220;I know that Allah hath power over all things.&#8221;</p>
<p>2a Bone formation in the fetus in the Bible:<br />In the Bible<br />Ecclesiastes 11:5<br />As you do not know what is the way of the wind Or how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child So you do not know the works of God who makes everything.</p>
<p>2b Bone formation in the fetus in the Quran:<br />Surah 23: 14 <br />Then We made the sperm into a clot of congealed blood; then of that clot We made a fetus lump; then We made out of that lump bones and clothed the bones with flesh; then We developed out of it another creature. So blessed be Allah the Best to create!</p>
<p>The embryo is a boneless lump. Its cartilage tissue is transformed into bones in due time as stated in the Quran followed by their being clothed in muscular flesh. This process was unknown 1400 years ago. It was believed that the bones and muscles developed simultaneously. Sophisticated microscopes and micro cameras introduced into the uterus corroborated once again the truth expressed in this verse.</p>
<p>The Bones in the Quran:</p>
<p>The big issue that is present in the Quran but is not found in the Bible in when talking about the bones</p>
<p>The revival of the dead in the afterlife</p>
<p>Surah 17: 49 They say: &#8220;What! when we are reduced to bones and dust should we really be raised up to be a new creation?&#8221;</p>
<p>Surah 17: 98 That is their recompense because they rejected Our Signs. And said &#8220;When we are reduced to bones and broken dust should we really be raised up to be a new Creation?</p>
<p>Surah 23: 35 &#8220;Does he promise that when ye die and become dust and bones ye shall be brought forth again?</p>
<p>Surah 23: 82 They say: &#8220;What! When we die and become dust and bones could we really be raised up again?</p>
<p>Surah 36: 78 And he makes comparisons for Us and forgets his own origin and Creation: he says &#8220;Who can give life to dry bones and decomposed ones at that?&#8221; <br />Surah 36: 79 Say &#8220;He will give them life Who created them for the first time! for He is wellversed in every kind of creation!</p>
<p>Surah 37: 16 &#8220;What! when we die and become dust and bones shall we then be raised up again?</p>
<p>Surah 37: 53 &#8220;When we die and become dust and bones shall we indeed receive rewards and punishments?&#8217;&#8221;</p>
<p>Surah 56: 47 And they used to say &#8220;What! when we die and become dust and bones shall we then indeed be raised up again?</p>
<p>Surah 75: 3 Does man think that We cannot assemble his bones?</p>
<p>Surah 79: 10 They say now: &#8220;What! Shall we indeed be returned to our former state? <br />Surah 79: 11 &#8220;What! When we shall Have become rotten bones?&#8221; <br />Surah 79: 12 They say: &#8220;It would in that case be a return with loss!&#8221;</p>
<p>Then take care of that day hoping that your return in the afterlife is not a loss.</p>
<p>Back to the main topic of my series of articles this is my question to you smart readers: &#8220;Is the Quran quoted from the Bible &#8220;?</p>

<p>Women do not tax their muscles properly.They generally use very light weights incapable of eliciting a decent response and some satisfactory results.</p>
<p>Muscles need an adequate stimulant if a distinct difference is desired.</p>
<p><strong><em>My view is that women fall victims to some deeply rooted stereotypes.According thesewomen being delicate creaturesare not compatible with heavy weights</em></strong>.</p>
<p>This I believe is very far from the truth!Women have excellent potential as far as it regards weightlifting.</p>
<p>Despite this the typical case is that of women performing endless repetitions with 23kg dumbbells.</p>
<p>This is a pure loss of precious time!</p>
<p><em>Do they seek muscle definition?</em></p>
<p><strong>This is not the right way!To have some valuable insight into muscle definition I would urge you to read my article :</strong></p>

<p><em>Are they afraid of bulking up?</em></p>
<p>This is a competely groundless fear since the hormonal profile of womenmuch different from that of men will not favor bulking up for all natural female athletes.Full stop!</p>
<p>6. Therefore women should adopt the concept of <strong>progressive overload</strong>.Ounce by ounce!</p>
<p>And what is the limit?</p>
<p>You will never know until you reach it!</p>
<p>7.<strong>Your most efficient way to success:</strong></p>
<p>3 workouts per week</p>
<p>only total body workouts</p>
<p>only compound/multijoint movements</p>
<p>high intensity with minimal breaks</p>
<p>duration: 20&#8217;30&#8242;</p>
<p>8. <strong>There is no upper age limit!</strong></p>
<p>Most elderly women would reap tremendous benefits from weight training.</p>
<p>Get free from this kind of prejudices!</p>
<p><em>Having said thatI feel obliged to admit that elderly women dealing with weight training in Greece are in serious danger to be confined in the cuckoo&#8217;s nest!!</em></p>
<p>9. <strong>And one promise or admonition if you want to take it like that :</strong></p>
<p>Weight training can make you fall in love with your mirror!</p>
<p>10. There is no possibility as with all other forms of trainingfor local weight/ fat loss.</p>
<p><strong><em>Neverthelessweight training will always be a powerfl ally in your perpetual fight against fat.</em></strong></p>
<p>11. Definetely you do not have to frequent the gyms to have some positive results.You can absolutely achieve them in the comfort of your home.The necessary equipment is minimal!</p>
<p><strong><em>12.In the beginning you might find serious weight training as demanding and painful. However as the time passes and you reap the full benefits of your efforts you will thank yourself for your persistence and commitment!</em></strong></p>
<p>13. Skip it if you are superstitious!</p>
<p>As you indulge in weight training you might notice to your dismay that the scale pointer is moving upwards.</p>
<p>This is both logical and expected since you build muscle and muscle is much heavier than fat.</p>
<p><strong><em>It is high time to recycle your scale and trust your mirror or your beloved pair of jeans</em></strong>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Weight Lifting Plateaus&#8230;and How To Avoid Getting On One</p>
<p>You have recently discovered the wonderful world of weight lifting. Just down the street from your home is a wonderful gym that is open twentyfour hours a day to accommodate the long hours you spend at your place of employment. For the first six months you have were working through a fatloss/muscle mass gain program devised for you by the trainer at the gym. Your BMI bodymassindex has shown a dramatic drop and the girth of your upper arm has increased substantially during this period. Then Wham!&#8230;for the last month you have been unable to post a substantial change in any of your goals you set when you started. My friend you are experiencing your first exposure to a weight lifting plateau. Your body has quit responding positively to the challenger you are giving it and something needs to change.</p>
<p>The biggest effect of a plateau is that it will kill your motivation. If this is allowed then you have wasted those last few months as well as those coming as you still fail to achieve your goals. You have hit this plateau because your muscles have become accustomed to the workload you demand and they just do not need to grow to get by. It is time for your weight training program to experience its own growthit is time for a change. Experienced bodybuilders incorporate changes into their routines before reaching a plateau and it is this change that allows them continued growth.</p>
<p>This is a good time to review the three essentials to increasing muscle mass. You first must stress the muscle through an exercise routine. This stress is accomplished by constantly demanding more and more from a muscle group until it reaches a limit. If your exercises do not make this demand then they need to be changes. Alter the amount of weight you lift in order to achieve this limit. Remember you no longer want your body accustomed to a routine but you want to raise the bar until you achieve the desired effect.</p>
<p>Your workout should be strenuous enough that your body screams for a break. Rest is of utmost necessity when working to improve muscle mass. Upper arm curls bench presses or squats; it does not matter. When you fatigue a muscle group through any lifting technique it is imperative that you allow time for recuperation. This allows the muscle to grow into the demands that have been made and lt;ugt;come back for morelt;/ugt;! So if you are not getting needed rest sleep! you should increase time allotted for this purpose. You will not be able to bypass this plateau until you change your rest cycles.</p>
<p>Now is the time to talk about those skinless chicken breasts and plates of sirloin steak. Nutritious food is the key for muscle growth. A proper diet is simple to design and implement and should be of primary concern to your workout programs. When you reach a plateau and no longer are able to log any improvements then you should redesign your menus. More protein? Maybe more carbohydrates? Is it possible that your fat intake is not where it should be? Any of these can affect your ability to gain muscle mass when working through your program.</p>
<p>So do not be afraid of reaching a plateau in your weight training life. The best way to bypass a plateau is to not get there in the first place. Educate yourself early in your bodybuilding career and constantly change your methods to keep you growing. However it you do reach a plateau there is still plenty of time for education that will help you work your way out of the situation.</p>
