Cut your caloric intake by a few hundred calories a day. If you’re eating 2000 calories a day try cutting down to 1700. But do it the smart way and cut out fats and sugars rather than protein. Cut out simple carbs rather than complex cards etc. But don’t starve yourself that makes you lose muscle and is really extremely dangerous.
