3 Exercises To Get Rid Of Your Love Handles..
Love handles are a major first sign of obesity. It’s one thing to be a bit overweight and have a small gut however the minute you start developing love handles you know that you’re getting way overweight.
What are love handles?
Love handles are considered the excess fat to the right and left of your abdomen that gives you that irregular shape. The term comes from the fact that you can almost grab a hold of this extra fat as a “handle” during love making.
It may “sound” nice but it’s incredibly bad and very unattractive.
Here are 3 exercises to help you get rid of your love handles.
1. Dumbbell Side Pull Up
Hold an appropriate weight dumbbell in one hand to your side stand straight facing a mirror or wall in front of you. Now drop to the side the weight is on. Keep your shoulders straight towards the front. Just drop to the side.
Now pull UP the weight provides some resistance.
Do at least 3 sets of 12 increase the weight with each set. This workout directly exercises your “love handle” area.
2. Sideways Situp
This is when you lay down on your back but instead of arching your knees straight up your turn your torso to a side and arch your knees on the floor. Now you put your arms/hands behind your head and pull yourself up at the abdomen.
Do as many of these as you can both sides of course.
3. Dumbbell Side To Side
Grab a dumbbell with both hands and hold it out infront of your chest. Now slowly swing from side to side but keep your torso and hips straight with the wall/mirror in front of you.
This not only works your torso and side of your stomach it works your upper back.
Don’t ignore your abdomen area especially the area of your love handles. There are many more easy tips you can use right away to start getting healthier by dropping the belly fat!

Wisconsin Badgers Tickets – A New Qb Is Introduced
Changes have been made by Coach Bret Bielema in the Wisconsin Badgers starting lineup. Instead of Allan Evridge Bielema designated Dustin Sherer as quarterback when they face Illinois. Evridge and Scott Tolzien will provide backup for him.
According to Coach Bielema Sherer’s performance in the game against Iowa was not really that spectacular with nary a touchdown but he liked what he saw. Incidentally the Badger’s lost to Iowa that time.
Though Sherer will be one of the starters for the game with Illinois there is no assurance that he will do so in the succeeding games. That will be a chance though for him to prove his worth and give Coach Bielema a reason to continue to have him as starter.
Sherer’s backup are Scott Tolzien and Allan Evridge. Tolzien played with the Badgers against Iowa in which was considered as his first for the season. In the meantime Evridge a transferee from Kansas State U started the last six games but did not play in the one with Iowa.
The change in the quarterback came just when the Wisconsin Badgers are in a tight position after suffering from four consecutive losses. Bielema is optimistic that with the changes there might a change also in how their games turn out. He is hopeful that the team will be able to recover and salvage their remaining games for the season.
On that same event Bielema was asked about a lot of things including his plans to continue donning the Winconsin windbreaker every time there are games. He was also asked if he is being pressured by Barry Alvarez who personally picked him as his replacement when he became the university’s athletic director.
Bielema told them that Barry Alvarez’ interest in the team will always be there having coached it also for some time. He is always available for any advice and would even be there sometimes for the practices. He also stressed that both he and Alvarez would like the team to win and that he knew that he will always be linked to him when it comes to football. Alvarez was also present during that news conference albeit at the back.
Wisconsin needs to play more consistently. In a game with Michigan they were already 190 at halftime but still the Wolverine rallied back to finally win that game. It was a sad state for the Badgers though because from number 8 nationally they dropped to being unranked. Then they had to exert great effort just to win three of their remaining games to qualify for the bowl.
The consecutive losses were at the hands of Michigan Wolverines Penn State ranked 3 Ohio ranked 10 and of course Iowa. Disappointments were felt by everybody from the coaching staff to the players. The last games were awful and left everybody feeling downcast. The only thing that can raise the team’s spirits would be another win.
The season’s start was actually one of the worst for Wisconsin Badgers since the mid90. They have been outscored. But there is that resolve to win and the quest to win will surely be an interesting one.

Virginia Cavaliers Tickets – Memorable Entertainment
Virginia Cavaliers outplayed a more methodical Bears in an entertaining game. The star of the show was Steve Gruber and his 50 feet 3 pointer.
Steve Gruber set the show on fire for Virginia Cavaliers. It was the most entertaining game witnessed by Virginia fans at John Paul Jones Arena.
Gruber a 5 feet 11 inches back up guard was the main attraction of the second half the most entertaining part was when this junior from Milwaukee netted an off balance shot from about 50 feet.
The time was running out Gruber caught the ball in the back court and without wasting any time he threw the ball and the ball was in the hoop ending his dry run this season.
The sparsely populated crowd at the John Paul Jones Arena was dozing off for most part of the game. Gruber brought them back to life by his spectacular 50 feet shot. The crowd gave him a standing ovation for putting up a spectacular show. Several replays of Gruber were played on the replay board which is a very rare phenomenon.
Gruber helped Virginia win its last non conference game of the season 7450.
Virginia’s defense was very strong especially in the second half. They forced the Bears to stretch out and run more to match the pace of Virginia defense. As the game progressed the Bears started to worn out. Virginia defense kept the Bear down and only conceded 23 percent shoots in the second half.
Virginia which is currently having a record of 75 in the season were strong on the rebound too. Virginia took 41 rebounds as compared to 29 by the Bears. For the Cavaliers Mike Scott scored 15 points and took 10 rebounds he was closely matched by Sammy Zeglinski who scored 14 points.
Sylven Landesberg disappointed his fans. Landesberg came in to the match as a leading scorer but didn’t perform as per the expectations and scored just four points and that too all from the freethrow line.
Cavs didn’t make an impressive start and were outplayed by a more methodical and copy book Bears. But the Bears were not able to extend the play through out the game. At the half time the Cavs were leading by just 10 points but after that there was no stopping them.
The Cavaliers will now be looking forward to their much more difficult ACC match against their southern neighbors which also happens to be a road game. Considering the performance that the Cavs put up against the Bears and the form achieved by Gruber and Scott they will be able to pull that game off too.
